BPI Realty Services was founded in 1979 to specialize in developing grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Houston, Texas market. BPI formed a relationship with Randalls food stores, and the two companies embarked on an aggressive development program to build high-quality shopping centers with Randalls as the anchor tenant.
As the real estate market evolved in the early 1990s into more institutional ownership, BPI expanded our services to offer development, leasing, and property management to third-party owners. Our experience and expertise in the Houston market allowed us the flexibility to accommodate all types of investors and owners and their diverse and dynamic investment goals and strategies.
In addition to Randalls, we have developed numerous other relationships with national, regional, and local retailers that followed Randalls and leased space in our shopping centers. Our dedicated and experienced staff of professional, real estate experts continues to build these relationships in the marketplace and maintains a broker database to procure the best possible tenants to enhance and maximize a property’s value.
